1. Let's talk "Ph." You already know what that means... it is the balance between the acid and alkaline in the human body, both internally, and externally on the skin. When the body and skin have a balanced "Ph," they become healthier and more beautiful. Depending on what "expert" you ask, the perfect "Ph" for the human body is somewhere between 5.5 to 7.0. But because each individual body has a different "Ph" from the next, it really is not possible to satisfy every body's "Ph" requirement.
